The engineers couldn't repair on the day because the freezer needed defrosting but they advised exactly what I should do and that the problem would be solved once the freezer was defrosted - which it was. So very expert knowledge and friendly help. The customer service agent on the phone had also been great, tailoring my payment choices to what I most needed in a friendly and expert way.
