Hi @Beko Philippines 👋 We are extremely disappointed with the level of warranty service we have received. It has been over a month and a half since we submitted our vehicle refrigerator for warranty repair, and we are STILL waiting for a motherboard replacement to be delivered to your service center.
Despite multiple follow-up calls, we keep getting empty assurances with no action taken. This level of customer service is unacceptable and frankly embarrassing for a brand of Beko’s reputation.
We are asking that a Beko Philippines representative contact us IMMEDIATELY to resolve this matter. We expect better, and so do your other customers who are watching how this is handled.

Visiting engineer was really friendly…

Visiting engineer was really friendly and informed of problem and what had been replaced to resolve.Downside was using phoneline to report fault and make appointment. ..more driving to use website to make appointment...not possible for a 90 year old.!!!!

Spoke to call centre at 10.30am and with help from a marvellous call handler (Serena) there was an engineer at my door by 12.30 the same day. Serena was efficient and patient, despite losing the call line on several occasions due to line faults, I could not have asked for a better service - to be congratulated.

Range cooker repair.

The whole process from reporting a problem with my range cooker to the repair being completed was extremely quick. Rather than having to pay for a one time call out and repair I was able to take out a warranty on the cooker and two other appliances which made economical sense.
