Hi @Beko Philippines 👋 We are extremely disappointed with the level of warranty service we have received. It has been over a month and a half since we submitted our vehicle refrigerator for warranty repair, and we are STILL waiting for a motherboard replacement to be delivered to your service center.
Despite multiple follow-up calls, we keep getting empty assurances with no action taken. This level of customer service is unacceptable and frankly embarrassing for a brand of Beko’s reputation.
We are asking that a Beko Philippines representative contact us IMMEDIATELY to resolve this matter. We expect better, and so do your other customers who are watching how this is handled.
