Do not use this company. My wife ordered a coat a month ago. They lied about it being shipped which we have evidence about that.
We have reported the transaction to our bank and we will also send this to trading standards and Google Ads to help blacklist them.
Avoid this company.

You have not shipped the item within 14 days and you have been caught out lying to us, You told us you had shipped it via email which further emails proved to be a lie.
The order was placed nearly 1 month ago. We told you to give us our money back and you refused. We have now gone to our bank to report you and we have also reported you to Google Adwords for running a scam.
