Do not use this company. My wife ordered a coat a month ago. They lied about it being shipped which we have evidence about that.
We have reported the transaction to our bank and we will also send this to trading standards and Google Ads to help blacklist them.

You have not shipped the item within 14 days and you have been caught out lying to us, You told us you had shipped it via email which further emails proved to be a lie.
The order was placed nearly 1 month ago. We told you to give us our money back and you refused. We have now gone to our bank to report you and we have also reported you to Google Adwords for running a scam.

Bought the suede loafers as my first pair and I’m genuinely impressed. They feel comfortable, look clean and make even a simple outfit feel more refined. Didn’t expect that at this price point.
Bought this wool jacket for my partner and she absolutely loves it. The fit is flattering and the material feels warm and solid. It looks far more expensive than it is and suits everyday wear perfectly.
Really struggling to get a refund from this company. No clear returns guidance on website- have to go through customer services who are doing everything possible not to advise on how I can return.The material of the hoody is cheap, similar to what you may receive on Temu. I note it's made in china. Strongly suggest caution.
If I could give zero stars I would. AVOID THIS WEBSITE! It is a company based in China and the quality is shocking and nothing like what is advertised. Scam merchants! If you want to return an item it needs to go to a warehouse in China with no guarantee of a refund but you can get 10% back if you keep the product. Disgusting! Why are these sites allowed to false advertise?
Never will I use this company again.I purchased a jacket from this company for my partner in a size large, it finally arrived and the fitting is way too small and the material is cheap and nasty.Nothing like the photo illustrated.This company is a disgrace of misleading!!
Only giving a 1 star as you cannot score any lower. This company is a con rip off. Jeans sent that are completely different from the ones advertised online. Delivery was advised on their website as 2-3 working days, over 2 weeks it took to arrive. Requested to return due to the item being completely different to the pictures / description, was then met with a barrage of emails offering me discounts 10,15,20% to not return the item and instead use the discount offering for future orders. After declining the discounts, I was informed no return label would be provided and I would be expected to front the costs returning the item to CHINA when online they advertise as a Dutch company. ABSOLUTELY APPALING SERVICE - AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Send China made rubbish out , state there based in Netherlands and if u want to return ot costs u a fortune to send back to China plus they keep extra 15 off ur order before issuing refund so u basically end up with less than it cost u to send back
Took weeks to arrive. Its a warehouse in China, which isnt advertised. Jacket was orange, not brown, as requested, looked and felt like it was made from bed sheets, certainly not a real sports jacket as shown in the picture.Impossible time frame for returns, and already unhappy customer also has to pay for shipping costs back to China. Shocking. Its easier for me just to bin the jacket, which is what they are hoping for, and they have my £70, I have nothing. Hey ho, lesson learned, check out trust pilot before buying from people.
