I receive a discount through my workplace, but the representative demanded excessive information about the company, despite having it on his screen. He even insisted on knowing the parent company. After finally understanding his request and providing the name, it still wasn't enough. I mentioned the title on my paycheck, but that didn't satisfy him either. I ultimately told the representative that I had lost all interest in proceeding with this service. His response was simply, 'Ok bye.' This experience was entirely unhelpful and left me feeling quite disappointed, especially since this is the option for my corporate rate.
