After more than 15 years with this service, I have decided to cancel my home and auto policies. I have been waiting over 8 months for home repairs following the March 2025 ice storm in Ontario, and there is still no resolution. I've dealt with multiple adjusters and managers, and reaching customer service has been frustrating. There is no clear complaint resolution process or way to contact an Ombudsman. My calls and emails have gone unanswered. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Avoid being lured in by group discounts. There is a complete lack of accountability and minimal options for customers to escalate their concerns—they simply do not care. You have lost a loyal customer, and I would never recommend this service to anyone. Customers should not have to struggle so hard to get repairs done under their policy.
