Please read before ordering. Purchased winter boots before u.k. left the e.u. The sole came away quite badly at the front on one shoes in a short space of time. I contacted them but saw no reply in a month so tried to repair the shoes which didn't hold. I then took them to a cobbler for a repair which also came apart.Looking through my spam folder I found a reply. What followed was weeks of difficult emails as their take on things is not to accept the consequences of faulty goods but to leave the cost with the customer. To cut a long story short I have lost well over £40 from foreign transaction fees, postage not being refunded and repairs. I also spent £40 on leather cleaner and protector thinking the boots would be in use for some time. Everything was made long winded and difficult by belenka and the customer pays the price for any manufacturing faults. My refund is short, I can't use the boots, any wet or moisture comes in where the sole has come away and it has been disappointing and arduous to end up with a loss I can't afford. It is when problems arrise that a company shows it's true colours and belenka fails to take responsibility for their manufacturing faults.
