I am very disappointed with the exchange policy of this brand.
If the shoe size does not fit, you are responsible for paying the shipping to return the product. Then, if you want a different size, you must pay shipping again to receive the new pair. In practice, this means paying for shipping three times: the original delivery, the return, and the new shipment.
In my case, the total extra cost would represent around 30% of the product price. That is excessive and unreasonable for a basic size exchange.
Sizing can vary between models, and customers should not be penalized for ordering the wrong size. Many brands offer free size exchanges as standard practice. Charging customers this much discourages trust and repeat purchases.
I cannot recommend buying from a company with such a costly exchange policy.
