He took no medical history, as I was self-referred, and ignored the lifestyle changes I had made. After discussing my complaint with a representative, it seemed the issues are systemic, as she showed no empathy or customer service skills. There was no apology when I pointed out that basic history wasn’t taken. It’s best to avoid this place if you want genuine healthcare. After trying the prescribed treatment for over three months, I saw no improvement. The focus seemed more on upselling treatments than on listening to my concerns.
