I was seen by a consultant dermatologist who was extremely professional and made me feel at ease. I left feeling satisfied and would confidently recommend both the clinic and the dermatologist to anyone in need of skin care.

There was no apology when I pointed out that basic history wasn’t taken. It’s best to avoid this place if you want genuine healthcare. After trying the prescribed treatment for over three months, I saw no improvement. The focus seemed more on upselling treatments than on listening to my concerns.

They arranged a thorough and professional appointment for me immediately. I felt more like a guest than a patient. After a follow-up discussion with the dermatologist, I chose not to proceed with minor surgery, but I left with valuable information for future decisions.
