I discovered this company online and was initially very impressed by their product range, which is why I decided to place an order. Unfortunately, my experience with customer service has been disappointing.
I ordered a chaiselongue and upon unpacking, I noticed that the material on one side was torn. The damage is located on the front part of the sofa, making it clearly visible. While the delivery itself was very smooth and the courier took the packaging immediately (which I actually considered a good delivery experience at the time), this meant I did not have the chance to photograph the damaged packaging.
I contacted customer service right away. The compensation offered was very limited (around 10%), despite the visible damage and the fact that repairing it will require additional cost on my side. Communication has been very slow, and despite a long email exchange starting in November, my case still feels unresolved.
It is disappointing, especially as this was my first order and I genuinely like the product itself. Unfortunately, due to the handling of this situation and the lack of a fair resolution, I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
