I ordered a carpet about three months ago. When it showed damages (pulled threads and color changes) two months after purchasing, I contacted customer service. They have been extremely unhelpful and have yet to agree to my return request, despite legal protections. They claimed it was my fault for not caring for the product, which is untrue. After my first email, they said they would respond within three days, but after two weeks, I still hadn’t heard back and had to reach out again. When I called, the employee was rude and interrupted me multiple times, insisting I needed to send an email. I am quite disappointed.
