This company should be avoided at all costs. I ordered a large item which arrived with a missing part. The missing part was sent but was faulty and snapped within two days of use making the item unusable. Whilst offering a full refund Beliani have completely refused to collect the faulty item stating that I must do so at my own cost. The item is too large for a car so I’d have to hire a man with a large van to remove it and pay for this myself. Despite very clearly stating on their homepage that they offer free delivery and returns. Complete scam. Use this site at your own risk.
