This is the second purchase I have made from Beliani, and I am suitably pleased. Beautiful and unusual round small black table with a solid proper marble top that looks great in my house and looks much more expensive than it was. Free shipping/delivery and very well packed. I am so happy and can recommend.

I have ordered from Beliani twice this year, and both experiences have been extremely disappointing.Back in April 2025, I ordered two beds from Beliani. Even then, some parts arrived dirty and stained, and I also received a package that belonged to another customer. This was already a very unprofessional start. For the damaged and stained parts, I only received a voucher worth 60 Euro – which means I had to make another purchase from Bediani just to use it.Despite this, I decided to give Beliani another chance and recently ordered another bed in order to have all beds aligned. I clearly informed them when I would be in Palma, to make sure the delivery could take place during my stay.However, the new bed was once again delivered incomplete – only two of the three necessary parts arrived. Instead of the missing part, I received an item that belonged to another customer.When I reported the issue, Beliani asked me over the phone if I could personally transport the wrongly delivered part to a deposit, since I would be leaving soon. This request was completely unreasonable, as the part weighs around 50 kilograms, and it is absolutely not my responsibility to fix their mistakes.I also told them exactly when I would be leaving Palma, yet no one ever contacted me again to offer a solution. Two weeks after the faulty delivery, I am still waiting for any response from Bediani.To make matters worse, Beliani arranged for the wrong item to be picked up without any prior notice. The delivery company suddenly rang my doorbell while I wasn’t at home, and by coincidence, my cleaning lady was there at the time. She was completely unprepared and stressed, as she had no idea what to do when the logistics company unexpectedly showed up to collect the package.In the end, the wrong package was returned, but I have still not received any response or solution from Beliani.Overall, this entire experience has been unacceptable and deeply unprofessional – from dirty and incorrect deliveries to poor communication and a complete lack of customer care.I have been extremely patient and accommodating with Beliani, but I can no longer recommend this company to anyone who expects reliable service, transparency, and professionalism.
Purchased a Bistro 90 cm aluminium table in 2023 and within a year the metal table top was flaking off. i reported it to Beliani and sent pictures to them, for which they kindly sent a replacement top after some delay.However, when I opened the well packaged table, I found that the top had hardly any paint applied to it and markedly less than the first top. The replacement top is completely black spot marked showing, or what i think it showed, bare metal, as though it had been only given a cursory blow over during the manufacturing process. I advised them again and sent them pictures showing clearly all the black spot marks, though still awaiting a response. I simply do not understand why there no quality control for such a product, particularly when they refer to selling high quality products and each item is solid workmanship.The hassle is really just in the amount of emails and chasing up. In total so far I have sent 20 odd emails. At the moment there is no response from customer care to the latest issue.
I originally ordered a bed on 4 August. The Beliani website stated delivery within 6 working days. Instead, my order has turned into a long series of excuses and false promises.Order was handed to XPO with two tracking numbers. From day one, both links returned an error, so on 13 August I asked Beliani for help and an ETA. On 21 August they replied that, due to a “technical issue with the truck”, the tracking “was not uploaded”, but assured me the order was already on its way and should arrive “later today or tomorrow” — then repeated “within the next couple of days”. They also said they were “monitoring the delivery”.It’s now 26 August and nothing has arrived. No working tracking, no proactive update, just copy-and-paste reassurances that didn’t materialise.In my experience, Beliani and their courier partner were unreliable, misleading, and failed to deliver anywhere near the promised timeframe. I regret ordering and would not recommend — I’m now looking to buy elsewhere.
It is unusual to find a company that is as incompetent, inefficient and non-customer focused as the delivery company that they use, but believe me ordering from Beliani is one of the worst experiences ever.They never do what they say they are going to do, they never follow up in a timely manner on emails and phone calls, they are constantly unaware of delivery timeframes and totally ignore customer wishes.I ordered and paid for my items on 13th March, with the items due 24th July, which I was happy with at the time.They promise to keep you 'in the loop every step of the way, so you can track your happiness delivery with ease!'. They don't.When problems occur, they state they are not responsible for any unexpected circumstances that may affect delivery and 'in the event of a delay or failure to deliver within the specified timeframe, the buyer is not entitled to compensation.'I gave them 4 months lead time after paying for the items and this is still not long enough.The items were eventually delivered, after many many hours spent by me on phone calls and emails, on 25th August, one month after its due date and 5 months after ordering!Delays occur but it's how a company reacts and responds to those events. If a company is genuinely concerned about customer requirements they will succeed but Beliani isn't. You have been warned.
