Bought 4 cushions from Beliani. They turned out to be of terrible quality + got unexpected 19eur charges for return.The black cushions had discolorations on woven/ braided material. Tiny parts of this material was all over the cushions like it was falling apart. Really terrible product. Not sure where these could be used. They offered partial refund but honestly I did not even want to keep that awful quality for free!The beige cushions felt and looked in reality as very cheap products from a market. Nothing like you see on the pics.Beliani accepted return, which was good! Moreover offered alternative options in order to keep the items (hence 2 stars, not 1). However since the quality of both items was simply ridiculous I decided to proceed with the return. I got a refund minus 19eur. When I asked why haven't they returned full amount as was clearly stated on their webpage, they told me that I am considered as a business customer because I provided my Portuguese NIF number. We put NIF everywhere in Portugal (groceries, shops, restaurants, etc)... Nowhere was stated that once you provide NIF you are considered by Beliani as a business customer. Neither they wrote that in the emails. That is ridiculous! The cushions were bought by private individual - me, not a company. Disgusting approach and a great way how to loose customers!
