The customer support has been incredibly unsatisfactory. I placed my order over a month ago and still have no updates on its status or delivery timeline. The company directed me to the delivery service via email, as if trying to pass me off.

When Monday arrived, I checked back, hoping the sales would still be available, but to my dismay, the discounts were gone, yet the prices remained unchanged. They simply added a higher price next to the original one. This is incredibly misleading and seems illegal. This isn't just one item; it applies to nearly all products. I can't believe I nearly fell for this. Be cautious; this company appears to be scamming customers!
