I ordered a 'cashmere' sweater online. While they were helpful with sizing inquiries, the product was far from cashmere. There was no label on the sweater, and it felt very cheap. The advertisement claimed 'free' returns, but that only applies if you live in a specific region. They informed me it would cost $40 to $50 to return it. They did offer a 15% refund and allowed me to keep the sweater. Buyer beware!
