Falsely advertise shipping costs. Send incorrect orders. Non-existent customer service

Send incorrect orders, slow to rectify (didn't at all in my case) and misrepresent shipping costs. BEWARE. They advertise one price for shipping (in custom fees) when ordering and then qoute 3x+ that amount when you lodge a return. That's in addition to having sent me the wrong item on an order and not taking any responsibility. On top of this I had to follow up over times to get a response, Julie from customer service kept blaming it on their fulfilment centre. Decent products (nothing beyond what you can get online mind you) but terrible service and misleading practices
