Do Not order online from this place! I Ordered some items from Belk and they immediately charged my debit card within minutes! They didn't send no confirmation email with an order #. I have been waiting for 5 days for my confirmation #. I know times are not normal now due to the pandemic but Belk SHOULD NOT be charging or debiting people's bank account until they send you a confirmation email along with the item being shipped. I talked to customer service today and they can't find my order! I looked in my order history on their website on my account and nothing was there! It said no orders have been placed. I am so mad right now. I will put this money in my lost column and I will NEVER EVER do business with Belk again.
