Had problems with Belks online order
They sent the wrong product, never replaced it and charged us shipping shipping fees. The product was not even the same brand as a what we ordered. Can't see why we would have to pay shipping charges. After numerous complaints, waits on the telephone we were told that we would be receiving a gift card. Never received it and when we wrote back again got the run around. Finally got a letter of apologizing and how improved that they were going to be in the future with their learning experience from our order and they offered us 15% off our next online order. This is not happening. Never dealing with this company again.

Two items were missing from my shipment, and different items were sent without any prior notice or explanation. Given my reliance on online shopping due to work commitments, fixing errors like this requires extra time and effort, making this experience particularly frustrating. This was disappointing and unexpected, especially after researching the service before purchasing. I recently had one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time with a new employee. I observed him assisting customers in front of me; he was very patient, friendly, and professional, especially with a long line during the holidays. I praised his service and look forward to more shopping experiences like this. Kudos to him!
I wouldn't even give a one-star rating if there were another option. The customer service has been utterly disappointing. I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years, and the decline in service quality is noticeable. I recently ordered several items, choosing this store over others, which turned out to be a big mistake. After waiting over a week, one of my orders was canceled without any reasonable explanation. I spent over an hour with customer service, only to receive repeated apologies without any real solutions. Additionally, my other order is still missing, with no updates or accountability. Despite this ongoing issue, customer service has been completely unhelpful. I simply asked for a discount coupon to be honored for an alternative order, but that request was denied. This disregard for a long-time customer's time and loyalty is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable.
If I could rate lower than one star, I would! This was a terrible experience. Avoid getting a credit card here. The automated system told me to pay an amount that wasn't correct, leaving me with a balance. Then it affected my credit as if I were late.
I encountered a sales clerk with a terrible attitude after returning an item. She rang it up incorrectly and seemed clueless. When I mentioned going to another clerk, she threw the items on the counter and continued to speak poorly to me after I addressed her incompetence. It was embarrassing, especially with other customers around. I've been shopping here longer than she has been employed.
