I truly regret leaving a one-star review, as my experience with this store has been incredibly disappointing. I placed two orders for different locations. The first order shipped only one of three items, while the second order was never delivered; I just received a notification that it was returned to sender, making it too late to send Christmas gifts to my family. I highly recommend that everyone think twice before using this store for online shopping. Absolutely unacceptable!
