I am sharing this review to inform others. I placed an online order with the company after a positive initial experience. Unfortunately, my second order was not fulfilled correctly. Two items were missing from my shipment, and different items were sent without any prior notice or explanation. Given my reliance on online shopping due to work commitments, fixing errors like this requires extra time and effort, making this experience particularly frustrating.
