My screen protector cracked in less than a month. I regret not reading the reviews before ordering, but like many others, I chose it for convenience when I got my new phone. The company will continue to evade accountability for their poor customer service as long as their product remains the only option available through the platform. I’ll be taking the loss and switching back to a different brand today, as I have no confidence that the company will honor any replacement.
