My screen protector broke within a month of use. I regret not checking reviews beforehand. Like many, I chose it for convenience when getting my new phone. The company seems to rely on poor customer service, especially since their product is the only option available through the platform. Unfortunately, I’ll take the loss and switch back to a different brand today, as I have no belief that the company will provide a replacement.
I have purchased various products from the company, including power banks, chargers, and screen protectors. They now sell you a screen protector with a warranty, but when it cracks, you never hear back about your replacement inquiry! I plan to escalate my complaints to the platform as they shouldn't sell products with such poor service. UPDATE: They refunded me because they were out of stock! Shameful.
It’s disappointing that such a large company provides incorrect information to customers. I always had my screen protector applied at the store, where staff assured me that replacements would be provided if it became damaged. However, after contacting the company, they refused a replacement because the protector was removed by the store itself. I was denied replacements for three screen protectors.

Like others who left a one-star review, I bought a screen protector at my local store in November and had to request warranty support in December. After a lengthy process, days passed without any communication. When I finally reached out via live chat in January, I was told they had no stock for a replacement, even though my local store had plenty available. I was promised someone would contact me for a possible refund, but my expectations are low now. In the end, a cheaper option from another vendor would have sufficed, as the warranty policy is as weak as their product.
I received a multi-port charger that only worked partially on the first use. Given the price, this was disappointing, and seeking support was a frustrating experience. The customer service agent was slow and often asked irrelevant questions. I spent over an hour in live chat, which was not a straightforward process compared to other companies. I will avoid products from this brand in the future. They eventually sent a replacement, which is the only reason I rated it two stars instead of one.
