Walked into Bella Italia in Parrs Wood complex, Manchester only to be told that there would be a 45 minute wait to be seated as we had not booked. This was despite there being over ten tables empty. We found it unbelievable and upsetting after we had gone there thinking we would not need book as there was just two of us to celebrate our wedding anniversary in the two hours we had out of the house before our 7 month old needed feeding. Needless to say a disappointing and frustrating experience.
