Would have been better off in Weatherspoons!Service was exceptionally appalling! Waited forever considering it was quiet (that should of been a warning in itself) Clearly a smile is none existent, talking wasn’t much better apart from the basic question, are you ready to order?One of the party had coffee, wasn’t asked if sugar was needed. I had to go in search for a member of staff to ask.When the meals arrived I wasn’t impressed on the appearance but thought I would give it the benefit of doubt but unfortunately it tasted as bad as it looked! chips weren’t all cooked to the best! the mozzarella pizza was as dry as toast! It Also looked like they may have run out of mozzarella for the pizzas that it had to be rationed out which didn’t go down nicely with dried up tomato. I asked for some to tomato sauce, knowing I wasn’t going to be asked! Brought back the smallest amount which wasn’t not enough for one person, never mind 5. Again could of been a shortage on! But definitely not a shortage on the bill.I gave up asking for anything else! If it wasn’t for a birthday meal out! I would of left without eating it but stayed reluctantly and paid my bill! upon my exit it also seemed manners of the staff were also on strike!First experience in this chain and can honestly say it will be last!
