The Beckton gallions reach branch I visited this evening was very poor service. Waited 10 min for plate. Then given a cut up straw that does not touch the bottom of glass. Also the food ordered polo alecrema was not cooked properly and was not creamy like it was supposed to be. Made the staff aware and was told nothing they can do. Very poor service. Was told things on the menu are unavailable and unable to use voucher code! Ridiculous wat a disaster for my both children and wife! Waited 35 minutes for the bill!!
