Amazing Raw Food from Bella+Duke.
I recently got a female Belgian Malinois and was feeding her on a quality wet and kibble mix, after a few days it upset her stomach , so onto the chicken and rice .
A good friend recommended that I put Storm on raw food .
I looked on the 'All About Dog Food ' web and app . Bella+Duke was the highest rated at 97% .
I went to Pets at Home in my home town and they stock the raw food , so 4 tubs were bought .
1st feed and she loved it , so I ordered directly with Bella +Duke, ive just recieved my 2nd subscribed order .
Its amazing , her weight is gaining rapidly (13.10kgs at this time), her coat is soft and shiny, her cognitive alertness and reaction is 1st class , and the poo is minimal and firm.
I really can't fault this brand and there treats, even if I wanted too .
I would highly recommend Bella+Duke to anyone without question to a dog of any age .
I will not be changing her diet from these amazing products from B+D
We changed over to a raw diet for our Salukis and the customer service team were so helpful and took the time to help to transition our dog onto raw. They are very knowledgable and the food is great. Our dog licks her bowl clean every time and has a beautiful shiny coat. Would highly recommend Bella and Duke

I appreciate the 50g portions they offer, making it easy to know how much to feed my dog, especially when I don’t have a scale. The formulas provided are nutritionally balanced and complete, which is fantastic since I don’t have to stress about buying additional supplements. Honestly, this is the best company I’ve encountered, and a special thanks to the lovely representative who checked in on my dog and ensured everything was fine with my order. I've never seen her so energetic after meals; she’s clearly happy with the switch. The delivery was prompt, arriving even earlier than expected, and everything was carefully packaged and still frozen upon arrival. I would rate this product a perfect 10/10!
I received a notification from the delivery service that my package was delivered the next day to someone in a different location. When I finally accessed the parcel later, it was soaked and the contents were partially defrosted. Why wasn't my email or phone number shared with the delivery team for direct communication? I'm quite frustrated.

I have been a customer for over four years, and I have never faced anything like this. I placed and paid for a substantial order of dog food on 1st January. Despite numerous promises, delays, and reassurances, the food never arrived. The replacement delivery that was confirmed for 12th January also failed to show up, and communication deteriorated significantly. This isn't just a delayed shipment of clothing or non-essential items — it's food for a dog. Due to the company's repeated shortcomings, my dog was left without food, which is entirely unacceptable for a business that focuses on pet nutrition. What made matters worse was being offered discounts or credit for future orders instead of a proper resolution for an order that was fully paid and never fulfilled. I did not want a discount — I wanted the food I paid for, or a full refund along with appropriate compensation. The lack of urgency, accountability, and empathy displayed in this situation is shocking and contradicts the image the company promotes. This experience has severely undermined my trust in the brand. I am extremely disappointed. This level of service is unacceptable.
