The team were super helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. The dress I ordered was sold out and they provided me with options for an exchange straight away, though my second option was also sold out they organised my dispatch of my initial dress as soon as it was back in stock. When the dress arrived it was unfortunately too long due to my short height and I was offered another exchange with a gift card. There was also an issue with my gift card as I didn’t know you can’t use it with quick pay but again the team rectified the issue with options straight away and got my exchange sorted!
