I really appreciate the great customer service given by this team. I had an issue with my order, sent an email with the details and they immediately corrected this for me. Acknowledging issue. The dress is stunning got the Paca choker sleeveless maxi dress and also got an accessory. Dress quality is nice fast delivery
I received my order and unfortunately the size US Medium I ordered was too small. However, I contacted Customer Service by email and they were absolutely Amazing! I let them know I wanted to exchange my item for a size Large and instead of doing the exchange they gave me a gift card code to cover the correct size to order and cost of shipping which was AWESOME because now I didn't have to deal with the hassle of shipping it back, waiting longer for return to be cleared and accepted and then waiting for the new size to come in. Haven't seem Customer Service like this in such a long time. I am looking forward to getting my larger size in as the body suit was Absolutely Gorgeous! THANK YOU Bella Barnett! You all are wonderful!

I’ve ordered from Bella Barnett four times so far, and honestly… each purchase has been better than the last.
The first thing that stood out to me was the quality. A lot of online boutiques look great in pictures but disappoint when the item arrives. That hasn’t been the case here at all. Every piece I’ve received has felt premium, well stitched, and exactly like the photos, sometimes even better in person.
Fit has been another huge win. The outfits hug in the right places, feel flattering, and don’t have that cheap, uncomfortable material feel. You can tell they pay attention to tailoring and structure rather than just aesthetics.
Shipping was smooth each time, packaging was neat, and everything arrived in great condition. No loose threads, no sizing surprises, no “wish version vs reality version” moments.
What I also appreciate is that their designs actually stand out. They’re bold, sexy, and statement making without looking tacky or overdone. Perfect for events, nights out, or anywhere you want to turn heads a little.

I am not happy with the service. I attempted to return an item and get a refund. Initially, they told me that they will give me a credit and that I keep the product. However, the alleged "credit" was fake and not true. When I tried to buy something else, the credit code was invalid. So do not fall to their traps. The return policy is so bad.

The team were super helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. The dress I ordered was sold out and they provided me with options for an exchange straight away, though my second option was also sold out they organised my dispatch of my initial dress as soon as it was back in stock. When the dress arrived it was unfortunately too long due to my short height and I was offered another exchange with a gift card. There was also an issue with my gift card as I didn’t know you can’t use it with quick pay but again the team rectified the issue with options straight away and got my exchange sorted! I ordered a dress for my dads 60th birthday and when it arrived it ending up being a little bigger than I expected . I reached out to the complaint email to discuss doing an exchange because I loved the dress and just needed a smaller size . Not only was the response quick, The ramification well exceeded my expectations ! I would order from them again and would recommend them to anyone as a trusted business .
