The dress I ordered was of extremely high quality but the zipper was broken. They offered to send me a new one, full refund or a gift card worth more than the value without having to send back the original dress. They were fast and polite. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service or dress. I would definitely buy from Bella Barnett again.
