I tried the pillow and found it excessively large and too thick to be comfortable. The returns policy stated that returns aren't accepted once the packaging is opened, but how can anyone evaluate the quality and dimensions without doing so? We kept the labels on the pillow and attempted to return it, but it was sent back to us with no refund. Avoid buying from here if you haven't tested their pillow first, as it feels like throwing away £70. Very disappointed!
