I bought this pillow for my elderly mother, who is bedbound due to a condition. It provided excellent support for bed sores, and the home support team was quite impressed. After having my second baby in 2024, it's been fantastic for both sleeping and feeding. The material is smooth and cooling, with no signs of bobbling. Although the inner lining disintegrated after two years of daily use, I reached out for a replacement, and they sent it free of charge within three days. I can't fault them. The pillow is versatile as it separates into three parts, which can be used creatively. My husband jokingly calls it 'the wall,' but after two babies, he can handle it! This pillow is a much better companion for snuggling. 10/10.
My first impression was that the filling felt cheap and had a plastic-like smell. The one I received was overfilled with no way to adjust its firmness. I thought it would flatten over time, but it hasn't. It's uncomfortable, and at this point, I feel like it's only good as an expensive draft excluder.
The pillow does not match the images shown. It's much thinner and smaller. The material doesn't adequately cover the zippers, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The quality is disappointing; the seams became loose after just five days of use. While it looks nice, I wouldn't recommend it.
