I tested the pillow and found it excessively large and too thick to be comfortable. The returns policy mentioned that returns aren't accepted if the packaging is opened, but how can anyone assess the quality without unboxing it? We kept the labels on the pillow and attempted to return it, yet it was sent back to us without a refund. Avoid purchasing from here if you haven't tried their pillow beforehand, as you might end up wasting £70. Very dissatisfied!
