Our experience with the service was incredibly disappointing. We were scheduled to move on Friday, and just one working day prior, we were assured of availability. Despite expressing my concerns about not having a formal booking, I was advised to just 'check in' instead of receiving clear warnings about the potential risks to our date. Although paying a deposit was mentioned, there was no strong advice or cancellation waiver provided. Then, only four days before our move, we were informed that they were fully booked and unable to assist us, adding unnecessary stress to an already tense situation. While seeking an alternative removal service, we heard from others about similar last-minute cancellations, which was quite alarming. I will not consider this service for any future moves, as reliability is crucial.
