Despite expressing my concerns about not having officially confirmed our booking, I was simply advised to 'keep checking in' instead of being warned that our date might actually be at risk. Although the option to pay a deposit was mentioned, there was no clear direction regarding demand, no strong suggestion to secure the date, and no cancellation waiver provided. Then, just four days prior to the move, we were informed that they were fully booked and unable to assist us, creating unnecessary stress during an already challenging time. While arranging another removals company, I learned that they had heard from other customers who faced similar last-minute cancellations, which was quite alarming. I will definitely not be considering this service for any future moves. Reliability is crucial.
