Items not packaged or protected as promised. Advised of damage 21 days after delivery and was told I had seven days to do so as a result of which my claim was rejected. Who unpacks everything in seven days? I was given a lesson on the difference between insurance cover and liability which while extensive did nothing to solve my problem. I would certainly not use again. Two stars for friendliness of team.
