It is IMPOSSIBLE to arrange a return with this company! They have posted out a completely incorrect item to what was ordered. The refund process is to email info@bellarosa-mode(dot)com and follow the instructions.I am BEYOND FRUSTRATED as I have sent 5 emails that have been completely ignored!HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO GET A REFUND???? Stop copying and pasting generic replies on these reviews telling people to get in touch because they ARE GETTING IN TOUCH, ONLY TO HAVE EMAILS COMPLETELY IGNORED!!!! and there is no other way to get a refund!!!
