The WORST company I have ever ordered…

The WORST company I have ever ordered from! One item missing and the item that turned up vs the item I had originally ordered is appalling. I have reached out and they are refusing me a refund and only offering a 30% refund or 60% store credit.. I paid £70 for something that should have been £140! If the 3 weeks delivery date wasn't enough they're completely refusing to refund me for the item I didn't even receive.. where's the irony in that? The item i received (hoodie) was thin, cheap material that I found on TEMU for £4!!!! I would never recommend this absolute shambles of a "business". I not only had to then order more items totalling to £150 elsewhere to ensure the person these items were bought for had a Christmas present to open I'm not out of pocket and left with this ridiculous excuse of a jumper 🤣 I wish I could leave photos to show the quality, well lack of jumper!! I have been trying to resolve this for a month to no avail. Absolutely shocking and completely unprofessional on their behalf despite me emailing over all evidence to support this. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Purchased a winter jacket during the Christmas sale and it’s surprisingly warm without feeling bulky. The hood fits well and doesn’t flop around lol. Delivery arrived on time so no complaints from me 😊

Ordered a coat late November which I…

Ordered a coat late November which I still do not have. Evri apparently delivered this. No footage on Ring doorbell on the day it was allegedly delivered. No email with proof of delivery from Evri. No refund allowed as there was no contact from me to Bella Rosa on the day of delivery. How am I supposed to get in touch to advise of the non delivery when no contact or proof of delivery was given? Evri already have a very bad name and this whole situation is horrendous. Now being asked to go and spend time contacting Evri for a non delivery slip and go from there! Currently £70 down with no coat. Happy to amend this review when I have a coat or refund.

Poor quality & sizing

Ordered a winter dress coat , arrived within 2 weeks - unfortunately sizing is very misleading & arms very short for a Large. Quality poor , thickness minimal for a winter coat . Asked for a return only to be offered several discounts to purchase further . Return policy catches the customer to pay ! Be warned about sizing from this company.
