Ordered a coat late November which I still do not have. Evri apparently delivered this. No footage on Ring doorbell on the day it was allegedly delivered. No email with proof of delivery from Evri. No refund allowed as there was no contact from me to Bella Rosa on the day of delivery. How am I supposed to get in touch to advise of the non delivery when no contact or proof of delivery was given? Evri already have a very bad name and this whole situation is horrendous. Now being asked to go and spend time contacting Evri for a non delivery slip and go from there! Currently £70 down with no coat. Happy to amend this review when I have a coat or refund.
