AVOID AVOID AVOID. Complete scam. Ordered a dress for £90. Black Friday came around and the price had changed to £200 something ‘down to £120’ Alarm bells, but had already ordered by then so tried to stay hopeful. Took 3 weeks to arrive, quality very questionable, no tags, no labels, sizing completely off - it just didn’t make any sense. Emailed asking for the returns address (maybe 6+ times) and they did everything they possibly could to hold off from providing this. Keep the dress and receive 30% off/ 50% off an item from their site/ keep the dress ‘to save hassle’ but only get 20% back etc etc They were replying fast/ regularly until I had declined ALL of their terrible offers and asked (again!!) for the returns address. Finally they provided it, 14 days later !! They suddenly started to reply in German to make things difficult, of course. Anyway, guess what this all means.. the dress will no longer reach them within the 30 day return policy. Clever right? I’ve had to open a dispute with the bank to try and resolve this. It’s frustrating because it’s not a cheap dress in price, quality yes. Do not make the same mistake I did, please.EDIT - Thank you for reply but I have done everything that you have suggested in your reply below. I have been very patient and understanding until you decided not to cooperate. Customer service team? Awful.
