I placed my order on 39th August, but it never arrived. I sent numerous emails without a reply. I reported it to the platform and contacted my bank for a refund, and then the order was finally shipped. It arrived on 25th November and was not what I ordered. I emailed again about the wrong item and received no response. I used the correct support email. In the end, I’ll keep the wrong order, even though I don’t like the earrings. The hassle is too much. I wouldn’t order again. It’s unfortunate, and I hope things improve. I’m surprised I received a link to review.
