I felt reassured by the secure shopping environment and the quick, straightforward checkout. My earrings arrived in excellent condition, well-packaged, and earlier than I expected. The whole process felt very customer-focused.
I received my “free gift” (a plastic gold ring) instead of the ring I ordered and paid for. I tried to reach out to the company but only got an automated response saying they’d reply in two business days. A week has passed without a response. It feels like a scam.
I waited 4 months for delivery! My original items were supposedly shipped but lost in transit. I requested the same order be sent again, only to be told the items were no longer available. They offered store credit or a discount voucher, but not a refund. I finally received one item, which was of inferior quality and nothing like the photo on the website. I definitely won’t be using this company again and advise others to steer clear.
I was let down by the service provided. My original order never arrived, and when I inquired about a refund, it wasn't an option. They only offered to replace it with something of equal value since my original choice was unavailable. This entire ordeal took nearly 6 months to resolve. I won’t be purchasing from them again.
I placed my order on 39th August, but it never arrived. I sent numerous emails without a reply. I reported it to the platform and contacted my bank for a refund, and then the order was finally shipped. It arrived on 25th November and was not what I ordered. I emailed again about the wrong item and received no response. I used the correct support email. In the end, I’ll keep the wrong order, even though I don’t like the earrings. The hassle is too much. I wouldn’t order again. It’s unfortunate, and I hope things improve. I’m surprised I received a link to review.
I'm quite satisfied with my necklace. It complements most of my outfits, despite its simplicity. I had no issues with the order, and the price was reasonable. I might consider buying a bracelet next time, as I already love their collection!
