I am very disappointed with the bag I received. It is smaller than the measurements in the order description and the leather is cheap. Not a good weight like I would expect for the money I spent. Not good quality. The design was cute but that doesn't make up for the quality. When I contacted the company requesting to return the item for a refund, I was told that they would offer 10%, then 20% refund and I could keep the bag. Do you know how much money they are taking from people? They know that people will not pay international costs to ship the bags back, so they prey on this point and only give a few dollars back, thinking it will satisfy the customer. Well, not me. I am insulted by them.
