Boots did not match description and were three sizes too small. When I asked for a refund they attempted to get more money out of me or only 10% of the purchase price. When I pushed I wanted to return the boots for a refund, they sent me a really sketchy list of instructions including listing the value as lower than what it actually is and that a refund would only be released after I sent the boots back on my own dime....or I could be "kind to the environment" and accept a 20% refund of the purchase price. Stay away - I'm reporting to my bank
