Terrible company with disappointing products and customer service. They do not adhere to their own return policy, which allows for the return of unopened goods. When I requested a refund, they claimed it wasn't possible because the product was delivered. What’s the point of a return policy if they don’t accept returns on their own sealed products? This shows a complete disregard for customers. The products are mediocre at best and do not match their claims. This company needs to be investigated for their practices. They also cannot issue a deadlock letter. It feels like a scam.
