Review Time
Is the second time really supposed to be better? It certainly isn't with the service I'm dealing with. My order is stuck in a frustrating loop as the courier continues to report "failed deliveries" while I'm right here at home waiting. I've shared photos and safe place instructions and made sure to be available each time. The first package was already returned, and now I'm facing the same issue again. It's time to stop using unreliable couriers and ensure my order gets delivered!
My experience with the service has been very disappointing. They do not follow their own policies, particularly regarding refunds for unopened products. It is nonsensical to have a return policy if they refuse to accept returns on sealed items. The lack of customer focus is shocking for a company that claims to prioritize service. The products are substandard and do not match their advertising. This situation deserves further scrutiny, as it is unacceptable. They also cannot provide a deadlock letter, which feels like a scam.
Terrible company with disappointing products and customer service. They do not adhere to their own return policy, which allows for the return of unopened goods. I ordered a full-sized Oud perfume, but it smells like medicine. When I asked for a refund, it was denied. Extremely poor experience. My order wasn’t delivered to me and was left at another property while I was away. Upon returning, I was told I didn’t report the issue in time for an investigation or refund, despite providing proof of the situation. This company clearly does not understand customer service.
