I ordered two perfumes, but the delivery service sent my parcel to the wrong location and provided a photo of someone else’s door as proof. My order never arrived. I attempted to contact the delivery service, but only encountered a useless chatbot. The company ignored my email entirely. This reflects a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. Both the delivery service and the company take your money and vanish when issues arise. It’s unacceptable and disappointing. I regret dealing with them and advise others to avoid both.
