Is the second time really supposed to be better? It certainly isn't with the service I'm dealing with. My order is stuck in a frustrating loop as the courier continues to report "failed deliveries" while I'm right here at home waiting. I've shared photos and safe place instructions and made sure to be available each time. The first package was already returned, and now I'm facing the same issue again.
